Canada goes vegan

The Canada Food Guide took a strong decision. Not suggesting anymore to consider any vegan food but pushing canadians to eat more and more vegan foods and less meat.
The guide influences meals served in public places and not just private homes. It refers to milk and meat alternatives; grain products, fruits and vegetables. The guide also suggest to drink water as much as possible.
The guidelines say: “Eat veggies, fruit, whole grains, plant-based protein foods more regularly.”
They also suggest canadians to reduce saturated fat coming usually from meat and dairy products.
